6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
